The NT-USB Mini is the mic we suggest to anyone starting a podcast, a stream or simply a lot of video calls. The half-inch cardioid capsule comes from the same lineage RØDE uses on their broadcast mics, and it is internally suspended so desk knocks do not travel up into the recording. There is a pop filter behind the grille, so plosives stay out of the take, and the headphone jack runs zero-latency monitoring with its own level dial. The swing mount holds whatever angle you set, and it is class compliant, which means no drivers on any machine you plug it into.
